    We do not hold ISO 13485 or other relevant certifications, but we follow all ISO 13485 requirements in our processes.

    We conduct continuous quality control on all outgoing work and confidently ensure that no defective products leave our hands.
  • Is it possible to handle custom orders or special requests?
    We are open to any technically feasible requests.
  • What technologies do you use in production?
    All frameworks (zirconia, metal) are made using CAD-CAM technology.
  • What languages is customer support available in?
    In German: Email, Viber, Messenger, SMS, and phone calls upon request. In English: Same, except for phone calls.
  • How is pricing determined, and are there any hidden costs?
    Prices include all costs, including shipping to the client. If impressions are sent, the dentist covers the cost of shipping them to us. Our competitive pricing is partly due to our favorable tax system.
  • How often do you update your price list, and how do you notify clients of changes?
    Prices follow the average EU inflation rate. Updates are communicated via our most frequently used channels.
  • How do you ensure the security and confidentiality of digital data?
    We follow GDPR principles, using private and secure communication channels.
  • What formats do you accept for impressions or digital files?
    STL format (we use 3Shape Dental Design).
  • What warranty do you offer on your products?
    We provide a 2-year comprehensive warranty.
  • How do you coordinate shade and shape?
    With Vita shade guides and photos upon request.
  • Is it possible to order trial work or sample pieces?
    Yes, the first trial piece is available at a 50% discount.
  • What references do you have in the given country?
    We have had international clients only in Germany; most of our clients are Hungarian.
  • What training or support do you provide for using your products?
    We can provide all types of technical assistance.
  • How do you handle urgent orders?
    For an extra fee, production is completed in 4 working days, and shipping takes 1 day.
  • How do you comply with various national standards and regulations?
    Within the EU and EEA (except Switzerland), we strictly adhere to EU MDR regulations.
  • What assurances do you provide for patient data protection?
    Communication is conducted through encrypted, private channels.
  • What experience do you have managing documentation in different languages?
    We can translate all documents into the target country's language.
  • In what form and packaging do the products arrive?
    We use special boxes; no incidents have occurred. If one does, we contact the courier service.

    A 10% discount is provided for orders exceeding 50 units per month.

    We coordinate vacation schedules with our clients in advance to avoid surprises.

    All modifications are completed within 1-2 working days under warranty, plus shipping time (standard: 2 days; express: 1 day).

    The courier service is responsible, and we hold them accountable for any damage.

    We respond within 1-2 hours of receiving a report, basically as soon as we see that you reached out to us.
  • Do you have references for a wide range of implant systems?
    We are familiar with all implant systems and their composites.
  • How do you manage potential language or cultural differences?
    We’ve worked with German-speaking clients seamlessly and have no issues with English communication. Cultural differences have never caused problems.

    We currently use the latest technologies but are among the first to adapt to market changes.
